Product Cost Strategy Leader
Job Summary
Owning the development and execution of a comprehensive cost reduction strategy for the Flange to Flange (F2F) product portfolio, the full-time remote Product Cost Strategy Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the cost reduction strategy for F2F products by partnering with various leaders to identify and execute cost actions
- Define and mobilize resources in collaboration with Sourcing, Finance, and Engineering leadership to meet strategy milestones
- Lead cross-functional execution across multiple departments, ensuring alignment and accountability in sourcing initiatives
Required qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain in an industrial setting
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier selection within a complex manufacturing environment
- Product and process knowledge in Gas Turbine or related commodities
- Experience developing and executing multi-year sourcing or supply chain strategies
