Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to product, design, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Advise on relevant laws and regulations, including financial services, privacy, and consumer protection
• Draft terms of use, product policies, and support the negotiation of commercial agreements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Experience in launching products and advising on legal aspects of product development in technology
• Ability to translate legal advice into practical guidance for product teams
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
