Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze a broad range of complex technology services contracts
• Provide legal advice and support to technology and business development teams
• Support and manage the intellectual property portfolio and compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience practicing law in the technology space
• Experience with SaaS, technology services, and intellectual property management
• Preferred experience with battery storage projects
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field preferred
