Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to provide legal guidance on product development and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify legal and regulatory risks during product development
• Translate healthcare regulatory requirements into practical guidance for product managers and engineers
• Ensure compliance of marketing materials and external representations of the company's products and services

Required Qualifications

• JD with strong academic credentials and active membership in at least one state bar
• 5+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments
• Experience advising on product development in regulated environments, preferably healthcare or health-tech
• Ability to assess risk in product features and support go-to-market strategy
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
