Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to provide legal guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts for various business functions
• Provide legal advice to support business partners on new product launches
• Contribute to the privacy program by drafting DPAs and advising on compliance with data privacy laws

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in a U.S. state bar
• 4-8 years of legal experience focusing on technology and product counseling
• Strong background in commercial contracting and tech transactions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
