Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to support its digital commerce and e-commerce initiatives on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day product counseling support across e-commerce and digital shopping initiatives
• Conduct legal research and diligence on relevant product, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience or interest in e-commerce, payments, consumer protection, or privacy
• Prior in-house or product counseling experience preferred
• Ability to operate effectively in a supporting role within a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
