Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to join their in-house Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal risk across the full product lifecycle, including launches and iterations
• Provide guidance on product, privacy, and regulatory considerations in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support rapid product development and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Qualifications / Skills:

• 5-7+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house product counseling
• Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company, ideally in health tech or AI
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws, particularly HIPAA
• Experience advising on products involving PHI or sensitive health data
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
