Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with cross-functional teams to support product development and launch
Provide guidance on legal issues, including privacy and data protection
Draft and negotiate agreements related to data privacy and the company's products

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of privacy/product counsel experience
JD and active membership in at least one state bar
Strong knowledge of global privacy laws, including CCPA and GDPR
Experience with product counseling
Ability to handle a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment
