Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to manage, negotiate, and close infrastructure vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex cross-border contracts involving data centers, connectivity, and telecommunications
• Develop and manage process workflows and work product best practices for infrastructure vendor contracts
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure the quality of deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in technology companies and law firms
• 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C Communications, Collaboration, UCaaS, or CCaaS Industries
• Experience in telecom law and/or working with telecommunication carriers
• Strong sense of ownership and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize effectively
