Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel for their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel global teams on a range of legal and regulatory issues related to payments, compliance, marketing, intellectual property, and data privacy
• Stay up-to-date on U.S. and international laws and regulations in the aforementioned areas
• Collaborate with various teams on product development, commercialization, and legal review processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of legal experience in a top law firm, in-house legal team, or government agency
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Passion for technology and ability to understand complex business models quickly
• Proven track record of working well across cross-functional teams
