Product Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory compliance support to Product, Engineering, and R&D teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct legal risk assessments for products, focusing on privacy, security, and intellectual property risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate product-related legal documents and educate internal stakeholders on legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Juris doctorate from an accredited law school; admitted to at least one state bar in the U.S
• Four plus (4+) years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house product counsel role
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS products and the cybersecurity industry
• Expertise in data privacy laws and experience with complex commercial agreements
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
