A company is looking for a Product Counsel, Consumer Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on product and feature development throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop relationships with partners and stay informed on product developments
• Draft commercial agreements, product policies, and disclosures

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
• Active membership in at least one state bar with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Familiarity with financial services consumer protection laws and product development in the technology space
• Experience in payments and card network industry regulations
