A company is looking for a Product Counsel - Content & Platform Regulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product counseling for platform features involving user-generated content
• Advise internal teams on legal and regulatory risks related to platform responsibility and content moderation
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and litigation matters involving content and related product features

Required Qualifications

• Experience advising technology companies on user-generated content or platform governance
• Background in regulatory compliance, intellectual property law, First Amendment, or CDA-related issues
• Experience supporting product teams in fast-paced technology environments
• Strong ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, product, policy, and engineering stakeholders
