• 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer in a top law firm, in-house legal team, or government agency
• A juris doctorate degree
• Experience counseling product and technical teams on product development and deal structure
• Passion for technology and ability to understand complex business models
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced environment
