Job Summary
Joining a dynamic legal team, the full-time Product Counsel (State Licensed) will provide legal support for product development, marketing, and compliance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to deliver legal advice on product development and promotional materials
- Identify and address privacy and regulatory issues in collaboration with the Regulatory and Privacy Counsel team
- Review promotional content for compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
- 4+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house, focusing on promotional and e-commerce legal aspects
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong business judgment and a creative mindset
