Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics and create analytical plans
• Design and execute experiments on features, monitoring performance and making recommendations
• Write efficient SQL queries to analyze product performance and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
• Advanced SQL skills in modern data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience in data-driven analyses, including experiments and generating product insights
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently
• High bias for action and ability to work effectively in lean teams
