Product Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming large datasets into actionable insights, the full-time remote Product Data Analyst will drive decision-making across acquiring operations and merchant lifecycle products by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of operational and product data to inform strategy and growth
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide visibility into KPIs and operational performance
• Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational insights

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and uncover trends and insights
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Finance
• Background in operational performance analysis and strategic planning
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
