Product Data Governance Specialist

Job Summary

Owning product data governance and technical documentation, the full-time Product Data Governance Specialist will ensure accuracy and compliance of product information across internal systems and external channels, working remotely or from Mebane, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical product documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications and regulatory requirements
• Manage product data governance across PIM and ERP systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of product attributes and specifications
• Establish data quality standards and validation processes to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies in product data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in product data management, technical writing, or data governance
• 3+ years of experience managing product data within PIM, ERP, or similar systems
• Strong experience with technical documentation
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or retail
