Product Data Management Manager

Job Summary

Owning the PLM platform's evolution, the full-time remote Manager, PLM and Product Data will oversee system configuration, drive product data governance, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity and adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day health and configuration of the PLM platform, ensuring proper structure and usage
• Establish and maintain product data quality standards, including validation and audit routines
• Drive adoption of the PLM system across the sourcing organization and develop training materials for users

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM, product data management, or product operations with direct ownership of a PLM platform
• Strong understanding of product hierarchy, multi-level BOMs, and specifications management
• Experience in maintaining product data integrity against an ERP system
• Proficiency in designing approval workflows and version control processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
