Product Data Manager

Job Summary

Owning the PLM platform's health and evolution, the full-time remote Manager, PLM & Product Data will establish governance, drive adoption, and manage product data integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the configuration and day-to-day management of the PLM platform, ensuring its effective use across product specifications, BOMs, and supplier records
• Establish product data quality standards and audit routines to maintain integrity and close implementation gaps
• Drive user adoption and develop training materials while managing the relationship with the PLM software vendor to align business needs with system capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM, product data management, or product operations with direct ownership of a PLM platform
• Strong understanding of product hierarchy, multi-level BOMs, and specifications management
• Experience in maintaining product data integrity against an ERP system, including reconciliation and integration management
• Proficiency in designing approval workflows and version control processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets effectively
