Seeking a part-time Product Data Privacy Attorney for a five-month remote engagement, the attorney will manage data privacy matters, including product-related counseling, commercial contract implications, and compliance issues, while collaborating with legal and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide privacy counseling on product development and commercial contracts
• Advise legal and business stakeholders on privacy risks and practical solutions
• Support data initiatives and ensure compliance with HIPAA and broader data privacy regulations

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of data privacy experience
• Experience with privacy considerations in commercial contracts
• Ability to counsel on privacy issues related to technology platform development
• Licensed and in good standing or eligible for in-house exemption
