Product Data Scientist

Job Summary

As the analytical backbone of one or more product pods, the full-time remote Product Data Scientist will design and analyze A/B tests, own measurement frameworks, and translate data insights into actionable product recommendations while developing advanced analytics skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and analyze A/B tests, applying statistical methods to support decision-making and champion experimentation best practices
• Own the measurement framework for product areas, conducting exploratory analyses to inform product decisions and enabling self-service through scalable datasets and dashboards
• Act as a thought partner with product managers and engineers, translating analyses into clear narratives that emphasize actionable insights for non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative research role at a data-driven organization
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience querying and manipulating large datasets
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience with the full A/B testing process, from test design to results interpretation
• Some proficiency in Python for analysis and exploratory modeling
