Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction for Salesforce-based products, the full-time remote Product Delivery Director will manage product delivery, optimize enterprise solutions, and foster team development while collaborating with business and technology executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Salesforce products and capabilities across the enterprise
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of related professional experience, including 3 years in a management role
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in product delivery logistics and project management
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
