Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of enterprise-grade software.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, QA Leaders, Product Management, and Marketing to translate strategy into executable plans
• Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple squads, ensuring a seamless transition from product idea to shipped feature
• Use data-driven insights to provide stakeholders with realistic delivery forecasts and oversee the "Go-To-Market" phase of new features

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or Agile Leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Deep experience with modern delivery frameworks and the ability to adapt them to a remote, distributed team
• A solid understanding of the Microsoft stack (.NET, React, and Azure) and cloud-scale infrastructure
• Experience using delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to translate complex technical progress into clear, business-focused outcomes for stakeholders
