Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery of complex product integrations, the full-time remote Product Delivery Manager will manage custom solutions and coordinate between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure products are usable and impactful for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of custom integrations and partner-driven solutions, ensuring timelines are met
• Drive the rollout of new product capabilities, including configuration and setup for customer readiness
• Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering to ensure usability in real-world environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
• Experience supporting integrations, implementations, or product delivery
