A company is looking for a Product Deployment and Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery execution for technology solutions in rural America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in technology products for effective member support and issue resolution
• Co-lead member onboarding and ensure smooth transition to steady-state support
• Facilitate delivery sessions, remove blockers, and drive timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery roles
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, management, project management, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery and operations
• High-level understanding of broadband technologies and telecommunications network architecture
• Familiarity with AI tools for member enablement and support improvement
