Product Deployment Specialist

Job Summary

Product Deployment Specialist, a full-time role responsible for leading the deployment of complex product capabilities and ensuring their successful adoption in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the deployment lead for emerging product capabilities and act as a customer-facing point of contact for technical implementation discussions
• Translate customer deployment experiences into recommendations for product managers, focusing on feature gaps and workflows
• Support customer adoption of integration capabilities and operationalize migration paths from legacy workflows to standardized models

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Delivery, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise platform behaviors
• Experience creating technical documentation and implementation guides
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
