Product Design Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Director to guide and inspire a team of designers in creating intuitive products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing guidance and development opportunities
• Drive the design process from research and ideation to final implementation for high-quality user experiences
• Collaborate with team members to define requirements, prioritize features, and solve complex design problems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in designing for cross-device experiences and platforms
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interaction design across web and/or mobile products
• Proven ability to lead and grow a design team in fast-paced, agile environments
• Experience in startups or high-growth companies is preferred
