Product Design Director

Job Summary

Driving the future of franchise management, the fully remote Product Design Director will strategically lead the design team, mentor designers, and integrate AI into the design process while overseeing the development of a comprehensive design system.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically propel and safeguard the company's Product Design team's vision and roadmap
• Build an AI-native design practice to enhance discovery, prototyping, and delivery processes
• Mentor and guide a team of Product Designers towards excellence and innovation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer or in a similar design role
• 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Design Director or Manager
• Experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth SaaS/tech companies with complex, multi-modular product stacks
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process and building/scaling a unified design system
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
