Product Design Director

Job Summary

Leading the vision for K-12 Literacy products, the full-time salaried Product Design Director will manage strategic design direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative user experiences while optimizing workflows through AI methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and delivery of high-quality learning experiences for K-12 Literacy and supplemental products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product design with customer needs and strategic goals
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring adherence to design standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise creative/design management, particularly in UI/UX across multiple platforms
• Proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives and K-12 product portfolios
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technology partners
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present concepts to various levels of leadership
