Product Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Engineer to lead design initiatives across their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end product design from user research and prototyping to visual design and front-end fit-and-finish
• Rapid prototyping and experimentation mindset
• Work independently with ambiguous problems, scoping work, and driving product definition

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or design engineering, preferably in AI-driven or complex B2B platforms
• Experience in fast-paced in-house startup environments; agency or freelance work is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies or leveraging AI tools in design and prototyping workflows
• Proven record of 0-1 product development, from concept to launch
• Exposure to senior leadership and high-level strategy discussions
