Product Design Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, the full-time onsite Product Design Engineer will design and implement AI-powered internal employee tools, focusing on creating innovative workflows and interaction patterns that accommodate non-deterministic AI behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered internal employee tools and workflows
• Create AI-native interaction patterns for conversational and agent-based systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish internal AI design standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Design Engineering, UX Engineering, AI Product Design, or Frontend-focused Product Design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI product experiences, interactive workflows, and design systems
• Proficiency in Figma, React, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience designing conversational interfaces and agent workflows
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements effectively
