Product Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Lead with a focus on entertainment and consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design evolution towards entertainment-centric product lines and consumer-facing experiences
• Lead and mentor a team of product designers while contributing to hands-on design work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product strategy and ensure high-quality design execution

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a UI or UX designer, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong passion for real-world collectible assets and understanding of the collector mindset
• Significant interest in digital collectibles and the web3 space
• Proven ability to operate as a hybrid IC/Manager, balancing strategy and hands-on execution
• Proficiency with Figma and web + mobile design standards
