Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and business objectives to create impactful design experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and improve products
• Contribute to the development of a robust design system while maintaining high quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 6 - 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience, preferably in Fintech or Consumer Tech
• Outstanding UX capabilities and strong visual design competency
• Experience with intuitive design patterns and a high bar for visual polish
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process and ability to apply consumer insights to inform design decisions
