Product Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Lead to drive end-to-end design across B2C and B2B products in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX strategy and execution for B2C and B2B journeys, collaborating with Product Managers for insights and product discovery
• Define cross-product experience architecture and serve as the design authority for UX decisions to ensure consistency and usability
• Build and govern an enterprise Design System, establishing design guidelines and quality standards across teams

Required Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• 6+ years of experience designing B2C and/or B2B products with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end work
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, interaction patterns, and contemporary design trends
• Fluency in usability testing methods and tools
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
