Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with 2+ years in a lead or managerial role
• Proven track record of leading design teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience in fintech or crypto is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and component-based design
• Interest in using AI to enhance design processes
