Product Design Lead

Job Summary

To enhance user experience for veterinarians, the full-time Product Design Lead will own the end-to-end design process for the VetRec product, collaborating with founders and engineers while working remotely or from the Seattle HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product channels, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Conduct user research by observing veterinarians in clinical settings to inform design decisions
• Define and maintain a coherent design system while leveraging analytics to drive design improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B or clinical software, with a strong preference for healthcare-related products
• A portfolio demonstrating design judgment and decision-making processes
• Proficiency in designing for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
• Fluency with product analytics tools like PostHog or similar
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
