Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience with a focus on mobile applications
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing product designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing critical thinking, data-informed decisions, and measurable business impact
• Experience in B2C products with high-engagement touchpoints
• Strong foundation in building and maintaining design systems
