Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Manager, Payments/Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver high-impact outcomes on complex projects while improving processes and mentoring team members
• Develop and communicate holistic design strategies that prioritize user needs throughout the product development process
• Oversee project delivery and manage team workload while fostering a high-performing team culture and building cross-functional relationships

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in a people management role on a Design team
• Foundational design-related education (Bachelor of Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication)
• Applied experience within the financial services sector, particularly in payment UX
• Experience with Agile design sprint methodologies and tools, including Jira
• Fluency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and Miro
