Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Designer to lead product design efforts within the Product Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers
• Define and drive the design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders
• Own and evolve the design vision for products, ensuring visual excellence and usability

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in designing and shipping large-scale, complex products
• Exceptional UI design skills with a strong eye for visual detail
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
