Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Design to lead a design team and drive product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Product Designers, ensuring high-quality execution and fostering a collaborative culture
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape strategy and translate product goals into design direction
• Guide the design of new features while maintaining usability and visual standards across product areas

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 2+ years of product design management experience
• Proven track record of shipping impactful products for large audiences
• Strong visual design skills and proficiency in design tools like Figma
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
