Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Design to lead product design efforts within the Product Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders to align with business objectives
• Own and evolve the design vision, ensuring visual excellence, usability, and accessibility across platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in designing and shipping large-scale products across web and mobile
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
• Strong understanding of platform guidelines, including Apple HIG and Material Design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
