Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Manager, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Set vision and direction for platform design in collaboration with Product and Engineering leaders
• Manage and mentor a team of product designers, providing feedback and supporting career development
• Guide the design of foundational concepts and frameworks for scalability and flexibility across the platform

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing product designers
• Strong design craft across visual, interaction, and UX
• Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering on complex initiatives
• Fluency in Figma and design systems
