Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead their UX team.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly engage in design work on strategically important product areas while maintaining high standards of craft and quality
• Establish and optimize design processes and evolve the design system for efficient and consistent user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of product designers while being hands-on in design work
• Strong product design fundamentals with a portfolio showcasing complex, technical, or developer-facing products
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and related tools such as CI/CD, version control, and APIs
• Active use of AI in design practice, with experience in AI-assisted prototyping and production-ready coding
• Proven experience in building or evolving design systems, including governance and operational processes
