Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Design - Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive design strategy across the full client journey and systems supporting stylists
• Integrate AI into core journeys to enhance visual, personalized, and interactive experiences
• Manage and coach designers while shaping priorities and aligning roadmaps with cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience designing consumer products, with 2-4+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience owning complex, end-to-end product areas in consumer or marketplace environments
• Strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
• Ability to define direction in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
• Experience applying AI, ML, and personalization to product experiences
