Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small, high-impact team, the full-time Product Design Manager will own design direction for complex product areas such as API management and data orchestration while remaining hands-on with design work and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design direction from vision and strategy through delivery and iteration
• Manage, mentor, and grow the design team, providing clear expectations and regular feedback
• Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and advocate for user-centered design decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• A portfolio showcasing ownership of complex, end-to-end design problems, preferably in enterprise SaaS or related fields
• Deep technical fluency with concepts like data transformations and API configurations
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of design systems
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity, and maintaining a hands-on approach
