Job Summary

Leading a team of product designers, the full-time salaried Product Design Manager will set design direction, develop talent, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive design quality and operational excellence while integrating AI into design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their growth and output
• Drive design strategy and vision for large-scale product initiatives, aligning design work with business and user needs
• Foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement within the team, empowering individuals to take smart risks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of consumer or enterprise products
• 4+ years of experience managing product designers, including performance management and career development
• Proven track record of leading design strategy across multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in recruiting and developing design talent, identifying high-potential individuals
• Ability to influence long-term product vision in collaboration with product management and engineering leadership
