Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Product Design Manager to lead a three-person design team in a hybrid role, focusing on creating a cohesive visual language and enhancing product experience for a platform used by thousands of small business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design system and visual language across product and brand
• Lead UX research and discovery, advocating for the end user in product conversations
• Collaborate closely with the CPO and Head of Marketing to align design with product strategy and brand direction

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and brand marketing
• Proven experience in leading UX research and usability testing
• Ability to build and maintain scalable design systems
• Fluency in Figma and modern design tools
