Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of product designers, the full-time remote Product Design Manager will oversee key design initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with engineering and product management to create intuitive user experiences for sports gaming.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design efforts on key initiatives, including journey mapping, wireframes, and UI development
• Manage a team of product designers, facilitating their growth through regular feedback and one-on-one meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish efficient design workflows and maintain a robust design system

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products
• Proven track record of mentoring designers and managing small teams
• Exceptional skills in both UX and visual design, with a detailed portfolio
• Experience in building and evolving design systems that are user-friendly for cross-functional teams
• High proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
