Job Summary

Leading design across the full experience of doctors and clinics, the full-time remote Product Design Manager will hire and shape a team, collaborate with engineering and product leadership, and focus on creating user-centered solutions that enhance practice management tools and AI integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from problem identification to user experience implementation, ensuring solutions meet real user needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align design initiatives with overall product strategy
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate on products based on feedback and data

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading design for a real product with complex, multi-user interactions
• Strong background in user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research and testing
• Experience mentoring and growing design teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in design processes
• Demonstrated ability to measure and show the impact of design decisions on user experience and business outcomes
